Thing 9-Online Image Generator

I have found that Online Image Generators are addicting and sometimes picky. I had to use Microsoft Paint to re-size the pictures several times and some of the websites still would not take the picture. Additionally,  I kept wanting to change how the pictures looked, especially if I was adding a caption.  The Cartoon Generator was a lot of fun!  I really wanted to create a license Plate but the website was temporarily not working?
