Thing 20- You, Too, Can YouTube

YouTube is a wonderful source for all educators.  It allows students to visually see something being taught instead of just drilling them on the facts.

I have used YouTube as a student to help in understanding things that were taught to me in my undergrad program.  YouTube can also be incorporated in Powerpoint presentations to make a presentation more intriguing for their audience, in addition to sharing and watching which is made easier then ever before by the use of YouTube.  I had fun searching YouTube and finding things that interested me.  Attached is a video on Technology in the Classroom  this tells you why technology is so important in the classroom and discusses where technology is headed for future generations.

In high school I sang this song in my talent show. It keeps me feeling young at heart and reminds me of my hero who is my grandpa. He recently passed, but he still lives in me. I LOVE YOU GRANDPA!!!
